Job Descriptions
- Providing technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly and effectively. - Troubleshooting and diagnosing IT problem. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, IP Phone, CCTV system. - Assisting with the setup and deployment of new devices, including computers, printers, and mobile devices. - Managing user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. - Providing training and guidance to end-users on IT tools - Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed - Collaborating with the IT team to implement IT projects, upgrades, and system improvements, contributing to the overall efficiency of IT operations
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineer, IS/IT or related subject.
  2. At least 2-3 years working experience in IT support, IT monitoring and systems control.
  3. Experience in Vmware system knowledge virtualization system.
  4. Experience in networking knowledge (Cisco and Wifi)
  5. Experience in Google mail system
  6. Experience in CCTV system
  7. Good attitude, service mind and customer service skills.
