Job Descriptions•Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
•Ensure all systems are up-to-date and implement upgrades as necessary to enhance performance and security.
•Implement and manage robust security measures to safeguard the organization's data and prevent unauthorized access.
•Conduct regular security audits and take proactive measures to address vulnerabilities.
•Oversee and optimize communication systems, including email, VoIP, and messaging platforms.
•Troubleshoot and resolve communication issues promptly to minimize disruptions in daily operations.
•Manage and support POS systems to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions in our restaurants.
•Collaborate with vendors to ensure POS systems are updated and aligned with business requirements.
•Implement and maintain effective data backup and recovery processes.
•Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications - Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Ability to manage personnel
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
