Job Descriptions
Join Our HR Team! We’re expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals to join us as Human Resources Officer (Recruitment)! If you love connecting with people and finding top talent, this is the perfect opportunity for you. • Screening resumes and applications for suitability, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided. • Conducting new employee orientation program to provide information about company rules and regulations. • Conducting job trial evaluation and monitor the performance of new hire to ensure that new hire meet the job requirement. • Process benefit claims according to the internal guideline/procedure i.e. review and approve claim reimbursement. • Providing HR reports including generate and run reports with accurate. • Performing other assignments as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Business Management, Industrial Psychology or having direct experience in HR field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Recruitment.
  3. Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel, Power Point.
  4. Fair to Intermediate level of English Proficiency.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
  6. A working knowledge of labour law and related regulation.
  7. Working days: Mon to Fri (8.00 - 17.30)
