Job Descriptions

- Coordinate with oversea suppliers. - Manage procurement including negotiations with various suppliers. Issuing document related to procurement job. Ex : purchase order (PO) etc. - Handling document related to an import&export case , customs clearance, shipment status, contact shipping and forwarder company and follow up outstanding orders ,claim process and documentation. - Review all relevant Import & Export documents to proceed correctly. - Other assignments by Manager.

Qualifications

Age 28-35 years old.
Bachelors Degree or above in Logistics Management, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
At least 3 years as Purchasing or Oversea Purchasing.
Have knowledge Customs Clearance , CO Form , incoterm , Import-Export process.
Good command of English (writing, reading and speaking)
Computer Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skill.
