Job Descriptions
1. ปฎิบัติงานในด้านการให้บริการข้อมูลทางโทรศัพท์ เช่น บริการข้อมูลทั่วไป, ยืนยันการนัดหมาย, แจ้งเตือนการนัดหมาย และอื่นๆ เป็นต้น 2. ปฎิบัติงานในด้านการให้บริการผู้ป่วย เช่น ลงทะเบียนประวัติคนไข้ เป็นต้น 3. ปฎิบัติงานในด้านการให้บริการอำนวยความสะดวก ดูแล และให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้เข้ามารับบริการ รับเรื่องประสานงานแก้ปัญหา ให้ผู้รับบริการเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ เวลา 08.00-16.00 น.
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
  2. ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา (หากจบสาธารณสุข หรือแพทย์แผนจีน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. หากมีความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนในระดับดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมพื้นฐาน MS Office ได้
  5. มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสารกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
  6. มีความรับผิดชอบ ละเอียด รอบคอบ ในการปฏิบัติงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่
  7. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และรับฟังความคิดเห็นผู้อื่น
  8. หากมีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
