Job Descriptions
- บันทึกรายการค้าทั้งงานซื้อในประเทศ และงานซื้อต่างประเทศรวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายในการนำเข้าต่างๆ ผ่านโปรแกรม SAP
- ดูแลเรื่องการชำระเงิน โดนการตรวจเอกสารขอจ่ายเงิน จากนั้นอนุมัติการจ่ายผ่านโปรแกรม OA แล้วรวบรวมรายการที่ต้องจ่ายส่งให้แผนกการเงินที่ประเทศจีนดำเนินการจ่ายเงิน
- บันทึกรายการจ่ายในประเทศและจัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชี
- กระทบยอดภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและยอดภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม จากนั้นยื่นชำระภาษีผ่านเว็บไซต์กรมสรรพากร
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่ายและรายงานภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารหัก ณ ที่จ่ายส่งให้กับซัพลายเออร์ภายในวันที่ 5 ของเดือนถัดไป
- บันทึกงานขายต่างประเทศ
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 ปีขึ้นไป เกี่ยวกับบัญชี การเงิน
- มีความสามารถในการติดต่อสื่อสาร การเจรจาต่อรองได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม SAP, OA ได้ดี
