Job Descriptions

- Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management - Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment - Implement and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency - Prepare and maintain reports on inventory, shipments, and personnel - Coordinate with other departments to meet operational needs - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory and equipment - Conduct regular audits and ensure adherence to quality standards - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field
At least 3-5 years working experiences in Warehouse Operation, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering will be an advantage
Experiences in Automotive Manufacturing, Steel, Chemical will be an advantage
Experience in improvement activities such as Kaizen, KYT, QKY, 5S
Logical & analytical thinking, problem solving skill and Self-Oriented
Experienced in Team Management
Good communication & presentation skills
Good command of both written and spoken English
