Job Descriptions
1. Develops new products or reformulated existing formulation for Bao Cafe.
2. Research new raw materials for new products.
3. Involves the first production to ensure product quality is met specification.
4. Responsible for supervising and training of new products
5. Prepare and support documents related to R&D work to other functions e.g. BOM, Specifications, Reports, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or a higher degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in beverage or food research and development
- Experienced in coffee chain business would be advantage
- Excellent in communication and presentation skills
- Culinary skill is a plus
