Job Descriptions
Job Description 1.Manage and optimize product quality by working with all departments and assist with the implementation of standard processes. 2.Develop and implement inspection standards for incoming, in process, and final inspection 3.Summary final inspection data support customer. 4.Control the quality of parts according to company target and customer requirement. 5.Prepare the action plan for continuous improvement of quality of Products. 6.Take the principles of 8D methodology as well as the statistical analyzes to determine the root cause and corrective & preventive action addressed. 7.Analyze and solve problems associated with in-process on the production line. (Machining, Auto-Lathe) 8.Follow up and take corrective and preventive action while problem occurred and control the change as requirement. 9.Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs 10.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings 11.Using micrometers to measure products such as surface roughness, contour measurement, and CMM. 12.Other as supervisors assignment
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s in Industrial/Mechanical engineering
  2. Experience :3 years up in Quality assurance, Quality Control
  3. knowledge Quality Control
  4. Strong understanding Measurement tooling, equipment controlling
  5. Knowledgeable ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.
  6. Knowledgeable in Quality tools (7 QC Tools, 5 whys, CPK, Gr&r, 8D report etc.)
  7. Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  8. Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading, writing)
