- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบควบคุมคุณภาพ ISO
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office พื้นฐานได้ดี
- สามารถอ่านแบบได้
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมืดวัดเบื้องต้นได้
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจใน ISO 9001, IATF 16949
- สามารถปฏิบัติหน้างานได้
