Job Descriptions

-Formulate strategic and operational objectives in the factory and lead execution -Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices -Analyze data to look at trends and find problems in the factory -Optimize production efficiency, minimize downtime, and implement process improvements. -Ensure that company policies are followed and create new policies and processes -Design and on-going streamline production workflows. Optimize costs in manufacturing -Manage production team to continuously improve manufacturing process through the introduction of appropriate process controls. -Manage and control on site management as well as new / modify project management. -Manage and control the quality assurance to ensure meeting subscribed standards and customer / legal requirements. -Factory operation and document preparation based on IATF16949 -Document preparation based on IATF16949 -Establishes and ensures achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) while ensuring continuous improvement for all areas. -Mentor and develop personnel within the department. -Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems -Coordinate monthly production workflow for every products. -Manage all activities within the production process, Quality control, including maintenance and the workforce. -Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Excellent English communication skills
Knowledge or Experience of working with IATF16949 operation or worked as an engineer in a company with IATF16949 system
Have working experience at least 5 years in plant management from automotive part industry.
Female
age 40-45 years old.
