-Ensure the arrangement and control of manpower both direct and indirect -Ensure the control of the Overheads -Ensure the control of the manpower planning and capacity , resource and machine -Ensure the compliance of the Production Processes and Procedure to meet the standard in Production related to Quality of the Part -Ensure the Training Program to both the Direct and Indirect -Oversee the Production Planning to ensure the resources and machine allocation - Develop Standard Operating Procedure to ensure the standardization of Processes and Procedures - Derive Kaizen Activities to derive improvement with respect to Processes, Productivity and Quality. - Responsible to the Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Discipline, 5S Control

Qualifications

Degree or Advanced High School in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Mechatronics Engineering.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 years in the managerial position
Have knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 or Other
Self motivated and be able to work independently.
Have knowledge of English
Have good human relations and can solve immediate problems.
