Job Descriptions
•Support the Sales Leader and team in all activities to actively prospect and add customers to STARTEAM portfolio and generate new business in targeted market segment following company rules and strategy. •Compile Sales leads from various platforms and delegate them to respective Sales. •Work closely with supervisor to enhance Sales performance, measured by 1) new customer acquired, 2) NPI quantity, 3) sales forecast achievement, 4) turnover growth, 5) transfer rate of RFQ to NPI to MP and 6) margin situation. •Report existing customer/ account performance and trends, growth strategies, potential market and product penetration through the management of the CRM data base. •Ensure Sales team is on track and be focused to meet goals and share innovative lead generating ideas. •Manage assigned customer relationship proactively through generating target-oriented solutions, project support and prompt and individual response to specific requirements to ensure and improve customer satisfaction. •Schedule and facilitate Sales field travels to customers and prospects and attend and/ or represent STG at customer factory audits (traveling time at 40-60%), attend fairs and congresses to generate new “leads”. •Assist supervisor in ensuring that customer requirements are delivered on-time through internal coordination with CS/ STARTEAM global offices and back-up by intercompany tools. •Support the linking of customer project types and key requests to best fit solutions (or - link them with our STARTEAM USPs). •Participate in other customer related meetings (kick off, claim, EQ, SPE…) and feed other departments with market/customer information and requirements. •Build strong and effective cooperation and communication with other STARTEAM departments •Research, analyse and report on market information, price levels and technology trends as well as strategic and tactical events among the customer base on a regular basis. •Lead and/or participate in local, cross-locat
Qualifications
  1. Solid Know How of PCBs and their manufacturing processes
  2. Excellent customer service orientation delivered in a cost-efficient way
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels
  4. Good negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence business partners and peers in critical situations to obtain consensus
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team with a pro-active, self-motivated and responsible manner
  6. Strong in organization and priority setting, efficient and with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations
  8. Excellent command in spoken and written English and local language
  9. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office
  10. Professional education (function-related), high school diploma (Abitur)
  11. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales or customer service function
  12. Age between 25-45
