Job Descriptions
Responsibilities
-To control, cooperate and prepare purchasing document
-To control delivery process with vendor
-To expedite and follow up parts from vendor
-To Support to concern department for quality problem and delivery problem
-To control pre-payment process by document checking (Invoice, Purchase Order) before pass to the concern department
-To co-operate and support to inventory control department about receiving process
-Other work to be assigned by company from time to time
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male and Female
- Aged 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree(Any field)
- Experience at least 2 years in the field purchasing
- Have Purchasing knowledge (Overseas Purchasing)
- Ever use understand ERP, MRP system
- Experience in using Excel /Power Query/Power Point
- Good computer skill.
