Job Descriptions
- In charge of merchandising the store with the company guidelines to promote new lines effectively.
- Support the commercial manager to identify and action creative and visual ideas for the store.
- Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends and provide feedback on comps activity.
- Understand, master & daily use of merchandise app.
- Analyse the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies).
- To be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal manner.
- Capacity and flexibility to deal with different commercial issues: Delivery delays, picture adaptation, sudden events, etc.
- Monitoring daily product replenishment and maintaining a high level of image standards.
- Competitor analysis and product feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous fashion retail experience and/or excellent customer service experience preferred
- Visual flair and creative thinking
- Strong systematic organized approach to work
- Strong leadership and management skills
