Job Descriptions
- บันทึกข้อมูลตั้งเจ้าหนี้ จัดทำเอกสารจ่ายชำระหนี้ให้ทันกำหนด
- ดำเนินการจัดทำค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ จากหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ
- บันทึกข้อมูลตั้งลูกหนี้ ติดตามการรับชำระหนี้ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
- ดูแล และตรวจสอบรายการเคลื่อนไหวสินทรัพย์ถาวรทั้งหมดของบริษัท
- จัดทำและนำส่ง ภาษี หัก ณ ที่จ่าย, ภาษีซื้อ-ขาย, ภาษีธุรกิจเฉพาะ ประจำเดือน
- จัดทำข้อมูลนำส่ง BOI
- จัดทำข้อมูลคำนวณ ภ.ง.ด 50, 51 ให้ทีมภาษี
- จัดทำ ตรวจสอบและรายงานงบประมาณลงทุนและซ่อมแซมประจำปี, งบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายประจำปี
- จัดทำ Bank reconcile
- ปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- การศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักการบัญชีเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความรู้ด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชีเป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ดี
- มีความรู้ด้านงบประมาณและการวิเคราะห์งบการเงิน
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีอากร
