Job Descriptions
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing freight forwarding business of the company.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve financial target. Identify target customers and convert them to clients.
- Lead, manage and motivate all employees in the organization.
- Handle team performance review, suppliers review and set improvement plans.
- Supervise key subordinate in managing operations and back office departments.
Qualifications:
- 15-20 years of experience in freight management.
- Have experience of managing teams.
- Good communication, leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and spoken of English.
- Previous experience in sales or business development would be advantage.
Qualifications
- Familiar in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping environment.
- Effective leadership, management, coaching and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
