Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher level, any related field
Preferably at least 3 years+ of experience as an Operations Manager, or 5 years+ as an Area Manager in restaurant business or similar
Knowledgeable in computers and financial flow through of the restaurant or retails
Competent to be a team leader, react quickly and work well under pressure, tactful and sensitive to employee needs
Positive role model, possess good interpersonal, customer service, communication and organizational skills
Professional level in reading and writing English in work, and Computer Programs (MS Office, Outlook, Dashboard tools (if any))
Convenient travel in Bangkok Metropolitan Areas, be flexible, be agile
