Job Descriptions
Job description Fixed Asset and Investment budget control 1)Managing fixed asset record including transaction of addition, disposal and transfer in accounting system according to company policies 2)Prepare monthly closing process for all function of fixed asset 3)Responsible for fixed asset physical count twice a year and summarize fixed asset report 4)Controlling of investment budget Budget control 1)Perform the businness annual plan and revised plan 2)Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the budget and spending are appropriate. 3)Performing budget utilization monitoring and providing variance report. 4) Provide consultation and support information requests, as needed General ledger and Finance control 1)Prepare and closing monthly financial report 2)Reconcile all GL account 3)Forecast and making a cash management plan 4)Perform a treasury and cooperate with commercial banks 5)Provide consultation and support information requests, as needed Other 1) Provide ad hoc spending roll up when needed
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female
  2. Bachelor degree of Accounting
  3. 3-5 years of working experience in manufacturing company
  4. Good ability to communication in English both verbally and written
  5. Experience to work with Japan company is advantage
  6. Experience in ERP system especially SAP is advantage
