Job Descriptions
1.Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone). 2.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. 3.Installing and configuring hardware and software. 4.1st level support IT equipment & network equipment issue. 5.Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. 6.Maintain IT stock & IT asset. 7.Support internal and external user to provide technical support to fix daily problem.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
  2. Problem-solving skills.
  3. An ability to prioritise and delegate
  4. Team working Hands-on experience with computer networks and network installation.
  5. Ability to manage personnel.
  6. Experience 1 years or more
  7. work Monday - Friday
  8. Able to travel to other provinces
  9. Male-Female, age 25 -38 years.
