Responsibilities: - Work with Team lead to formulate the training strategy and implementing plan. - Develop the training structure which support agency development policy according to the company strategic business plan and workstream. - Conduct and supervise all involved staffs to run training program and courses as plan in the region according to the company guideline and strategic target. - Personal and team development. - Manage the budget according to AIA guidelines and policies. - Perform other duties as assigned with quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related field
At least 5 years’ experience in the Insurance Industry, 3 years or more in sales or training experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
IC license is required
