Job Descriptions

• Work with clients (management, IT, end users) to gather high-level business and system requirements and translate them into project scope, timeline and resource plans • Lead & manage functional and technical teams to ensure that final products are high-quality and meet engagement requirements • Closely monitor and track the project progress to ensure a smooth and timely handover of the project • Provide timely and accurate project status information to our client's team, and escalate project issues appropriately. • Mentor cross-functional project team members, and share implementation best practices with team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or other related fields
At least 3+ years experienced in Service site Manager and Project Leader for IT Service operation/implementation or IT Software
At least 2 years’ experience in Installation, Configuration and System Administration for OS: Linux, Unix, Oracle, Window Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, Mail Server, VMware, and etc.
Experience in managing project (IT or related fields) including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control
Ability to prioritize workload , result oriented and detail oriented
Able to work under dynamic environment and manage aggressive timelines
Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills
Strong leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
Good command of spoken, read, and written English
