Job Descriptions
Managerial Skill : -Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistics KPIs -Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership -Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability -Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills. Technical Skills : -Able to formulate action plans to achieve goals in the workplace. -Progress the action plan in the workplace and take corrective action as necessary (PDCA) -Familiar with the Warehouse & Logistic Management systems. -Experience in quality systems related to warehouse function. -Imitative and project improvement. Conceptual Skills : -Able analytical thinking and can see the overview and relationships of the various parts of the organization. -Able to target production Standard work goals and create standards. -Develop a concrete action plan to address workplace problems. -Able to improve and resolve issues in the workplace (labor, safety, quality, processes, etc.). Human Skills : -Able to influence, motivate and communicate effectively with others from high-level policy goals at work and operational plans in an easy-to-understand manner and share it with the team. -Must have good communication skills that can motivate, build a good relationship in the team,convince the team to work for acheive target. Professional attitude : -Service mind : To improve customer satisfaction and improve the image of the company and work together with employees. -Sincerity : Recognize the role and work diligently with enthusiasm.
Qualifications
  1. Male Or Female
  2. Male Or Female
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.Engineering file is a plus.
  4. Management level minimum 5 years + related field 8 years (Total 13 years)
  5. Field production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
  6. MS Office, WMS, Inventory control
  7. TOEIC : 450 Score Up
