Job Descriptions

-Follow up the Export information with Sales, Oversea agent, Customer(shipper) -Booking space with Co-loader/Shipping line and release booking confirmation to shipper -Submit SI/VGM and others data as require to Co-loader/Shipping line timely -Follow up shipment schedule and update to related party -Manage export process under SOP of oversea agent/shipper/sales -Check cost and prepare payment to the Co-loader/Shipping line -Follow up Quotation from Sales and Issue Invoice to customer -Issue DN/CR to oversea agent -Send pre-alert and release Bill of Lading to customer -Summary job and close to Account Dept.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Logistics, International Business Management, or any related field.
Male or Female, age 22-30 years old.
1 year working experience as Export operation in Freight Forwarding business.
Understand and able to reading, writing and speaking in English.
Service mind, Positive attitude, Responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Working Hour : 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday)
