Operation Specialist (Chinese Speak)

Job Descriptions
Responsibilities
1. Continuously familiarize with the internal business processes of the sales team and understand customers’ needs;
2. Collaborate with the sales team to produce daily, weekly, and monthly data reports and analyses;
3. Assist to Ast. Operation Manager in supporting the daily operations of the sales team, organize and analyze sales data, and provide sales operation support work, such as:
-Data update and release for the sales team
-Design, execution, and result statistics and release of various incentive activities for the sales team;
-Customer referral activities, promotion of activity, customer retention and conversion, etc;
4. Assist the sales team in improving payment conversion rates through operational means such as designing activities and creating images;
5. Possess good learning ability, planning ability, and execution ability;
6. Chinese English Thai translation work
7. Proficient in Chinese and Thai
Qualifications
- Strong data sensitivity, data analysis ability, and ability to analyze operation plans and actions based on da
- Bachelor‘s degree or above, more than 3-5 years of working experience, and relevant experience in the Internet and online education industry is preferred;
- Proficient in Chinese +Thai
- Good learning and innovative ability.
- Proficient in communication and has a certain ability to organize internal activities.
