Job Descriptions
1.งานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ จัดทำแผนแก้ไขปัญหาพนักงาน
2.รับข้อร้องเรียนจากพนักงานภายในองค์กรและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.ดำเนินการตรวจสอบข้อร้องเรียนของพนักงาน การร้องทุกข์ และข้อกังวลอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างยุติธรรมและเป็นกลาง
4.จัดทำเอกสารตามกฎหมายแรงงานและกฎหมายอื่นๆ
5.รวบรวมข้อมูลและสรุปรายงานแรงงานสัมพันธ์
6.ให้คำแนะนำและคำแนะนำแก่ผู้จัดการและพนักงานในเรื่องพนักงานสัมพันธ์ รวมถึงนโยบาย ขั้นตอนปฏิบัติ และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุด
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Chinese, Chinese or related field
- Proven experience at least 1-2 years in HR field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good command of Chinese (HSK5 or HSK6)
- Be able to travel in BKK zone
