Job Descriptions
1. ควบคุมและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงานบัญชีลูกหนี้ / บัญชีเจ้าหนี้ / บัญชีต้นทุน 2. ร่วมกับผู้จัดการฝ่ายฯกำหนดแผนงานของฝ่ายบัญชีเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายฯ 3. ดำเนินการเอกสารการจดทะเบียนบริษัทได้อย่างถูกต้อง 4. ดำเนินการปิดบัญชีประจำเดือน / ไตรมาส และงบปี 5. จัดทำรายงานทางบัญชีต่าง ๆ 6. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรายละเอียดงบการเงินเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหารในการลดต้นทุน หรือเพิ่มกำไรให้กับองค์กร 7. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ เช่น สรรพกร, BOI, EEI กรมพัฒนาธุรกิจการค้า 8. สอบทานรายงานภาษีขาย เอกสารการเบิก-จ่าย และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบกำกับภาษีฯ 9.บันทึกบัญชีรายจ่ายในระบบ ERP และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารแนบ 10.งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง อายุตั้งแต่ 30 - 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี หรือ สูงกว่า สาขาบัญชี มี CPD
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและต้นทุน 3 - 5 ปี
  4. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  5. มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน มีทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ สามารถรับมือกับความเปลี่ยนแปลงและแก้ไขปัญหาได้
  6. มีความกระตือรือร้น ละเอียดรอบคอบ สามารถเรียนรู้งานได้เร็ว
  7. มีไหวพริบ สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  8. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ MS.Office และโปรมแกรมบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องได้เป็นอย่างดี
