• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize sales performance.
6. Sales Planning:
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans and initiatives.
• Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market segmentation.
7.Database Management:
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track and manage sales activities.
8.Communication:
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant data and insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
9. Training and Support:
• Support Training Manager to train sales team on tools, processes, and data interpretation.
• Offer insights to help the team improve their sales strategies and achieve targets.
