Job Descriptions
Responsible for plant condition, growing grass and harvesting( Napier grass,Pangola gras, Banana and sugar cane etc.)
Efficient farm activity.
Survey of plant condition daily, Data collection.
Be able to do basic maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing out door farming and grass farming (Napier grass Pangola grass and other)
- Have Knowledge of farm management
- Ability to work well independently and lead the team members.
- Good interpersonal skill
- Able to work at Hot District. We have staff Accommodation.
- Have a car driving license.
- Can drive a tractor
