Die bond; Wire bond, Burn in, Test- Optical fiber SMT Process Job description 1. Responsible for analyzing the causes of abnormalities on the production line and confirming improvements; confirming abnormal incoming materials and communicating with relevant departments; and formulating remedial measures; formulating temporary measures; and verifying preventive measures after abnormalities occur; 2. Analysis of monthly TOP production defective rate items, formulation of improvement measures and tracking of improvement effects, formulation and maintenance of production process flow, and confirmation of the actual process execution status of the production line; 3. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and above. Mechanical, Electronics or related majors
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in die bond or wire bond or burn in or SMT
Be familiar with the reliability standards related to optical fiber products, and be familiar with the process flow and equipment operation of optical related products
Proficient in drawing software such as CAD/Solidworks and familiar with office software such as Office and PPT
Have experience in project management
English, Can speak Chinese is preferred
