1. Confirm, analyze, and improve the achievement of department quality objectives.
2. Review, benchmarking, and formulation of inspection standards.
3. Review, count, and analyze IQC, IPQC, and FQC inspection reports; incorporate relevant content into quality reports to form quality weekly and monthly reports; and follow up on weekly and monthly meetings.
4. Data collection, analysis, and review at each control point in the process.
5. Review of shipping inspection reports and the electronic issuance of inspection reports to some customers, and the preparation and issuance of FA reports and environmental protection materials.
6. Responsible for customer complaints, process abnormalities, and other issues.
7. Supervision and inspection of the shipment control process.
