Qualifications
  1. อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์, จิตวิทยาองค์กร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทัศนคติที่ดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านทรัพยากรมนุษย์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  5. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงานเบื้องต้น และประกันสังคม
  6. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบ Training
  7. สามารถให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาได้ดี
  8. สามารถแก้ไขปัญหา และตัดสินใจได้ดี
  9. สามารถวางแผนงาน และงบประมาณประจำปี
  10. มีทักษะในการประสานงาน
  11. มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงานและชอบการเดินทาง
  12. หากมีความรู้ด้าน P&L จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  13. หากมีประสบการณ์ธุรกิจอาหาร หรือโรงงานอาหารจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
