Job DescriptionsResponsibilities
1.Contact, coordinate and manage dealers nationwide for general operations.
2.Responsible for project initiatives such as sales chains, accounting journals, billing posting, vehicle inventory, customer care and supporting dealers such as a basic infrastructure system and/or software and application
3.Responsible for conducting and controlling a project that related to the processes of new acquisitions setups, project, and enhancements to current internal DMS software and applications.
4.Responsible for preparing project documentation for use in tracking project progress, including tracking work and reporting to management and relevant teams.
5.Responsible for evaluating alternatives and deciding on approaches to develop new functionalities of the current system.
6.Responsible for monitoring and managing problems that occur in the work system, including receiving notifications of problems in the use of the Application.
7.Responsible for installation and testing of basic programs for new dealers.
8.Establish and maintain working relationships with internal team, partner and internal customers (Dealers) to ensure effective workflow and continuous improvements in IT systems.
9. Provide support to end-users including answering technical questions and supporting detailed analysis.
