Job Descriptions

As a Production Maintenance Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of our production facilities. Your responsibilities will include: 1.Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain DIP and assembly lines to monitor machine tool readiness and ensure optimal performance. 2.Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance, calibration, and repair of machinery across multiple production lines to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. 3.Process Improvement: Implement 5S, QCC, and Kaizen methodologies to continuously improve machinery and production process capabilities. 4.Quality and Efficiency: Conduct downtime analysis, prepare PM & FA reports, and perform defect inspections to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. 5.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot issues on the DIP & assembly production lines, including BGA de-soldering and soldering processes. 6.Fixture and Jig Maintenance: Set up and maintain production line fixtures and jigs to ensure operational efficiency. 7.Supplier Collaboration: Assist in the approval process for new suppliers and monitor the performance of existing ones. 8.SOP Development: Assist in defining and translating content for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring clarity and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Industrial engineer working experience in large-scale electronic or electrical manufacturing industry is preferred
Good knowledge and hands on experience on process improvement tools i.e. lean manufacturing, six-sigma system, Kaizen, ISO, etc.
Proven experience in production maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical skills in machinery maintenance, calibration, and repair.
Knowledge of 5S, QCC, and Kaizen methodologies for process improvement.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Can be used for conversational English communication.
