Job Descriptions

1.To manage stock and order Decoration Material (Label/Sleeve) 2.To create Production Planning (as assigned) 3.Monitor delivery schedule, ensure that it is fully matching with product, on time call off from customer, right quantity and good quality before delivery 4.Monitor production schedule , consider less change over, meet MOQ ,right quantity matching with customer demand and less over time (as assigned) 5.To make request delivery schedule (RDS) and communicate with supplier 6.To check capability and communicate with customer 7.Internal Meeting (Daily Meeting) 8.Production Planning Meeting 9.Monthly Meeting report 10.Internal Monthly Meeting 11.Follow safety policy strictly at all times

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years of solid work experience in Production Planning or Raw Material Planning
Experience about plastic packaging is an advantage
SAP/ Oracle systems and other ERP related skills
Excellent in speaking and understanding of the English language
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills in order to interact properly with customers and those involved in operations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent analytical, leadership and decision making skills
Very good number skills, problem solving and negotiation skills
With high independent thinking on improvements and procedures in planning
With high sense of responsibility, willing to learn new things and open for challenges
Positive and able to respond immediately to planning concerns and issues
Should have a high sense of professionalism
Able to create team spirit.
