Job Descriptions
-Learning and increasing knowledge about products effectively. -Continuously following up to enhance knowledge of new collections and understanding storefront layout according to the brand's style. -Managing products and inventory, ensuring efficient counting and preventing product loss. -Providing service and assistance at the storefront, including managing customer complaints and handling product returns or exchanges. -Supporting the maintenance of the shop floor, assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment. Benefits: -Fixed bonus of 1 month, with additional performance-based. -Group insurance (OPD, IPD). -Provident funds. -Annual leave: 10 days. -Public holidays: 15-16 days. -Uniform. -Grooming allowance.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  2. Being passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
  3. Exhibiting excellent communication skills at all levels.
  4. Demonstrating the ability to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business.
  5. Being perceptive of customer needs.
  6. Working Hour: 5 Days and Shift Time
