Job Descriptions

- Develop overall project schedules, phase-specific objectives, and key milestones. - Monitor actual project progress, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions. - Regularly update progress reports and communicate project status to management. - Coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases to ensure seamless alignment between plans and on-site execution. - Identify schedule risks (e.g., weather, supply chain delays) and develop contingency plans. - Collaborate with technical teams to review construction plans and assess schedule feasibility. - Participate in project meetings and provide schedule data to support decision-making. - Maintain planning-related documentation (e.g., schedule baselines, change logs, acceptance reports). - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years specialized in project planning and schedule management.
Experience in planning for large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., highways, bridges) is preferred.
Proficient in English communication.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a strong advantage.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking capabilities.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, adaptable to cross-departmental collaboration and high-pressure environments.
