Job Descriptions

- Coordinate the supply chain for the company, including procurement, inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery - Calculate production orders and order distribution to ensure that products are manufactured and delivered on time - Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory - Oversee the procurement of goods and services, negotiating contracts with suppliers and ensuring quality standards are met - Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics providers - Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement - Implement process improvements to streamline the supply chain and reduce costs - Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations - Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in supply chain management

Qualifications

Age range: 25 - 30 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management or relevant experience in the field
Minimum experience of 2 years in production planning or supply chain
Experienced in coordinating work with many stakeholders (internal and external teams) and suppliers (warehouses, delivery services)
Proficient in using data to generate reports and dashboards, and in using ERP systems to calculate product orders and analyze sales data
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
