Job Descriptions
- บริหารงาน วางแผนการผลิตวัตถุดิบส่งสาขา - ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต ผลผลิตให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน - ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด กำหนดGHP BRC , มาตรฐานISO 9001 ,BRC - ควบคุมดูแลเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์ กำลังคน กำลังการผลิต - ควบคุมการใช้และการจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบให้ได้มาตรฐาน - ควบคุมการตรวจสอบ Stock วัตถุดิบ ให้ถูกต้องมีปริมาณเพียงพอและเหมาะสม,มีการจัดเก็บและนำไปใช้ตามหลัง FI-FO - ตรวจสอบ ตรวจรายงานการผลิต - ควบคุมต้นทุน Food cost ให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน - งานอื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง
  2. อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี /ปริญญาโท สาขาเทคโนโลยีอาหาร ,วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหารหรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  4. มีประสบการณ์ด้านโรงงานผลิตอาหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทนแรงกดดันได้ดี
  6. สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดหรือสลับวันหยุดในการทำงานได้ ตามความเหมาะสม สะดวกเดินทางมาทำงานเองได้
  7. มีความรู้เรื่องระบบคุณภาพ
  8. มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกในการบริหารงาน และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อเพื่อนร่วมงาน
  9. สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ได้
