- Contact potential agents to establish rapport and arrange meetings. - Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to attract and retain agents. - Conduct research to identify organizations and individuals for new business opportunities. - Increase the value of current agents while recruiting and onboarding new agents. - Identify and develop new markets to boost sales performance. - Set goals for the development team and business growth, ensuring targets are met. - Provide training and support to agents, helping them develop their skills and achieve their targets. - Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

More than 5 years of experience in life insurance sales with a proven track record of agent management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good command in English
Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives.
Experience in training and developing agents to succeed.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
