Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1st and 2nd level application support to end-users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with users and internal teams in English.
• Monitor system performance and escalate critical issues.
• Learn and understand business processes quickly to provide effective support.
• Document issues, solutions, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, system admins, and vendors as needed.
• Support and maintain procurement systems.
• Deliver support with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Work in a rotating 24/7 shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
