Job Descriptions

- Follow up on quality issues at the development phases to ensure solution, correction, and preventive actions have been set. - Ensure quality controls points are well executed at each PD phases (design, 3D print, master, samples) -Control quality of new design is in accordance with Manufacturing inspection standards. - Reporting quality and test performances of samples. - Propose technical options validated with the sample team and production team to ensure the quality of the product - during the sample phase. - Define and propose tools to help the QC team to control easily + quickly (jig, boards) - Coordination and communication of the information with the relevant team and the teams involved in the production and quality control department. to work in the same direction. - Project Management experience. - Familiar with DFMEA, PFMEA or PPAP would be an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Quality knowledge.
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support group and other department.
Proactive on problem solving and analytical skills.
