Marketing Manager is a marketing professional who is responsible for developing, executing and managing a company’s marketing efforts to promote its brand, products or services. 1. To conduct effective market surveys to aid in product analysis and development. 2. To ensure appropriate marketing activity planning and budget allocation. 3. To maintain appropriate monitoring of workflow. 4. To efficiently organize project launch events, exhibitions, and activities to meet goals. 5. To lead client project tours to support sales targets effectively.

Qualifications

Male or Female
30-40 years old
Bachelor Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, Business or any related field
3+ years of experience in Marketing
Have knowledge in Real Estate or any related field is an advantage
Experience in coordinating marketing strategies with the sales and other related departments
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
Good communication skills both English (reading and writing)
Willing to work in Pattaya, Chonburi
