Job Descriptions
To take the customer on a journey from their first contact with Kvik through designing, specifying and purchasing their kitchen to its final installation, handover and positive feedback.
Identifying Customer's needs and advising on products to best fulfil customer requirements
Providing first class product knowledge and technical information on products
Building relationships with customers by providing a consultative sales approach.
Delivering the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Working within an individual section with a sales target and budget.
Management of orders from idea to invoice.
On-the-job training in modular building design program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher any related fields.
- Good personality and good interpersonal skills.
- Smart, Energetic, Intelligent, Tenacious and Ambitious.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Excellent in spoken and written English.
- 2 years' experience in related field.
