Job Descriptions
- Set up Laboratory control system (Procedure, Instruction)
- Review and ensure Test result.
- Operate and maintain LPC, IC, FTIR, DHS and SEM.
- Set up and control cleanliness monitoring system and involve team to reachashing and development cleanliness/contamination matter.
- Cooperate with customer and supplier (include external lab) in cleanliness/contamination matter.
- Grow up team members for more high inspection skill.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
- Have experience 3 - 5 years in Lab and Cleanliness/Contamination.
- Knowledge of material science techniques such as Outgas, FTIR, Ion Chromatography (IC), SEM/EDX, and other contamination analysis methods.
- Experience in contamination control within HDD or HDD component manufacturing environments.
- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and define the causes or sources of contamination that can lead to failure in HDD or HDD components and ability to design and implement contamination detection methods and solutions to address cleanliness and contamination issues.
- Skilled in using root cause analysis techniques (such as 8D, 5 Whys) to diagnose contamination problems, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and experience in troubleshooting and resolving contamination-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams (Production, QA, Engineering) and external suppliers or stakeholders to address contamination issues and able to report findings, explain contamination issues, and recommend corrective actions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams..
- Ability to apply contamination control practices to continuously improve processes in manufacturing and testing environments.
- Quality Assurance and Standards Knowledge: Deep understanding of HDD standards related to contamination control and cleanliness testing.
- Ability to train and mentor team members on contamination control techniques and processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret contamination test results and other relevant data, providing actionable insights.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Have knowledge of computers such as Microsoft office, etc.
