Job Descriptions

Responsibility Overall HR Operation pertaining to recruitment and selection, learning and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, career development, succession planning and other HR initiatives. Develop a best in class HR organization in terms of cost and capability. Participate in annual salary surveys and ensure compliance with compensation regulations and requirements. Implement & improve on HR practices and procedures to meet & support business objectives and strategies. Review administration policies and procedures, and recommend improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources Management, or related fields.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR/GA in industry manufacturing.
Excellent leadership in coaching and leading HR team.
Knowledge of labor laws and related regulations.
Proficiency in using computer software, including MS Office and the Bplus system.
