Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities 1.Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth -Develop and execute a 3-year global sales strategy to double revenue, prioritizing key international markets (e.g., Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas). -Expand domestic sales in Thailand by strengthening partnerships with food manufacturers and distributors. -Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions. Identify high-potential markets, distributors, and clients (e.g., food manufacturers, CPG companies, wholesalers). -Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align sales goals with R&D, production, and supply chain capabilities. -Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements with major accounts. 2.Market Expansion & Client Acquisition -Lead the global sales team to secure new B2B clients and partnerships in the food industry Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels. -Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and negotiate large-scale contracts, key customers, and business partners worldwide. -Establish long-term relationships with multinational food processors, ingredient suppliers, and industry stakeholders. -Attend global/international trade shows , exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads. 3.Team Building & Management -Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team -Set clear sales KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the team. -Foster a results-driven sale culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity, ensuring motivation and alignment with company objectives 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration -Partner with R&D to tailor modified starch solutions to ensure client needs are met with innovative solutions 5.Financial Oversight 6.Regulatory & Compliance
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา :วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร เคมี ธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - MBA หรือปริญญาโท (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  2. อายุ : 45ปี-55ปี
  3. เพศ : ชาย / หญิง
  4. ประสบการณ์/ทักษะ :
  5. -10+ years in global sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the food ingredients industry (modified starch, hydrocolloids, or specialty chemicals preferred).
  6. -Proven track record of doubling sales revenue in a similar role, ideally in B2B food/ingredient sectors
  7. -Deep understanding of international markets (e.g., regulatory landscapes, cultural nuances) and Thailand’s domestic food industry.
  8. -Existing network of distributors, food manufacturers, and industry stakeholders.
  9. -Strategic thinker with expertise in market entry, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  10. -Strong leadership and team-building skills; ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
  11. -Expertise in modified starch applications
  12. -Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems.
  13. -Fluency in English (required); Thai and additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French, Arabic) are a plus.
  14. -Willingness to travel internationally (50%+ time).
  15. -Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results and innovation.
  16. -Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
