Job Descriptions
-Prepare production monthly report (collect material usage, packing materials, production yield) -Yield analyzes (analyze any cause that effect to scrap loss) -Countermeasure of customer claim -Cause of defect investigation -Factory supply checking and purchase -Daily report checking -Raw materials (WIP) and packing materials (WIP) inventory count -Summary rework product -Plan for disassembly molding (co-operate with MTN, EHS etc.) -Plan for test sample & change model -Collect all production record -Safety patrol issue implement -Create new documents (SOP, one point lesson) -Input overtime data of subordinates in E-business leave system -Input data of raw materials usage and packing materials usage in SSB system -Scrap selling (collect weight, inform to HR, issue request sheet) -Addition new code in SSB system -Production jobs improvement
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Technology or related fields
  2. 0-2 year up and/or get approved form top management
  3. Ability to plan, priority and effectively manage time meet deadlines, delivery and quality.
  4. Ability to react swiftly to changes in production demands and implement effective and timely solutions. Must be need more challenge and highly organize
  5. Can communicate in English
  6. Computer Literate (MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point etc.)
  7. Have leadership
  8. Have good relationships
  9. Have coordination skills
