Job Descriptions
Job Purpose: Able to setup, configuration and maintenance Desktop/Laptop computer, Printer, Able to analysis and troubleshoot IT equipment. Experience with Computer/Printer assembly and installation.
  • Responsibilities: - Support daily user’s request in Production/Store floor - Monitoring & troubleshooting IT equipment. - Setup & configuration desktop PC, Label Printer. - Preventive and Maintenance of Desktop PC, Label printer in Production/Store floor. - Contact supplier for fixed Software, Label, or printer issue. - Maintain Printer Spare part and other jobs assignment.
    • Qualifications
    1. Male, Age 22-35 years. High Vocation in Computer.
    2. Specific Requirement: Experience with IT support, monitoring, troubleshooting & maintenance IT equipment, Experience with Computer/Printer rework and assembly.
    3. Required Knowledge:-OS Windows 8.1, 10 Pro, 11 Pro and Driver update and installation.
    4. Required Skills: Setup and Assembly Laptop/ Desktop and Setup and Assembly Printer
    5. New graduations are welcome.
