Job Descriptions
1. ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ งานระบบประกอบอาคาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เพื่ความพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ 2. บันทึกประวัติการตรวจสอบ การซ่อมบำรุงรักษาระบบต่างๆ ภายในอาคารให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน 3. รวบรวม รายงาน วิเคราะห์ปัญหา ดำเนินการแก้ไข หรือซ่อมแซม อาคารสถานที่ระบบประกอบอาคาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก 4. จัดหา ควบคุม ทำทะเบียนอะไหล่สำรอง ที่ใช้ในงานบำรุงรักษาอาคารสถานที่ ระบบประกอบอาคาร สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกให้เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน 5. ตรวจสอบ ควบคุม ผู้รับจ้าง ได้แก่ ผู้รับเหมา Supplier Sub-contractor ให้ปฏิบัติตาม คำสั่งจ้าง สัญญาจ้าง ระเบียบของอาคารและระเบียบการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา และสอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัทฯ 6. จัดกิจกรรมบริการต่างๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. การศึกษา ปวช./ปวส. ด้านไฟฟ้า อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล แมคคาทรอนิกส์
  2. มีประสบการณ์งานช่าง 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
  3. ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน มีความรับผิดชอบ
  4. สามารถปฏิบัติงานที่ จ.พระนครศรีอยุธยาได้
  5. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ มีความยืดหยุ่น มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการทำงาน
  6. สามารถทำงานวันจันทร์-เสาร์ได้
